To ensure timely project completion, clients agree to:

Supply all necessary content, files, credentials, and approvals when requested.
Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure they have the legal rights to any content, images, logos, or materials provided to Komtech.
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or access may affect the agreed project timeline.
Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or contract.

PayPal
Wise
Stripe
Other mutually agreed payment methods
Projects may require full or partial payment before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or project cancellation.
Estimated delivery dates are provided based on the information available at the start of the project.
Project timelines may change if:
Required information or approvals are delayed by the client.
The project scope changes.
Unforeseen technical issues arise.
Komtech will communicate any significant changes to the estimated delivery schedule.
Where revisions are included in the agreed service, Komtech will make reasonable revisions that fall within the original project scope.
Requests that significantly change the agreed scope may require additional time and charges.
Due to the nature of digital services, payments made to Komtech are generally non-refundable.
However, if Komtech is unable to deliver the agreed service within the mutually agreed timeline (Turnaround Time or TAT) due to reasons within our control, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the work completed.
Refunds will not be issued if delays are caused by:
Failure to provide required information or access.
Delayed approvals or responses.
Changes to the project scope after work has commenced.
Circumstances beyond Komtech’s reasonable control.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. If work has already been completed, Komtech reserves the right to deduct the value of completed work before issuing any applicable refund.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Internal processes
Methodologies
Templates
Tools
Proprietary systems
Pre-existing intellectual property
Komtech follows industry best practices when providing SEO and digital marketing services.
However, search engine rankings, website traffic, sales, and online visibility depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates, market competition, website quality, and third-party platforms.
For this reason, Komtech does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue, or business results.
Some services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Amazon, Meta, hosting providers, payment processors, or other service providers.
Komtech is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account actions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Komtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability relating to any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Komtech respects the confidentiality of client information and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the client.
Komtech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments remain outstanding.
The client violates these Terms & Conditions.
The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent conduct.
Continuing the project becomes impractical due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any outstanding payments for completed work will remain payable.
Komtech may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions will become effective once published on this website.
